| 1997 - Thyssen De Reus BV is split into in 3 Business Units (Lifts & Escalators, Stairlifts & Platform lifts, and Service) |
| 1999 - Acquisition of Access (now largest stairlift supplier in the world) |
| 2001 - Dividing Thyssen De Reus BV into two separate companies |
